The acrylic face plate comes in two pieces just like the original face plate, it has all the detail and graphics laser etched to the underside which means they can't ever rub off.
The installation is extremely simple, you simply remove the existing screws, put your new faceplate in place and then screw your new faceplate into place.
The face plate is 3mm thick so the buttons are slightly recessed but easy to press.
The faders still glide smoothly and have a nice gap between the face plate and fader cap.
